Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with Warringah Field & Country Ltd trading Warringahshire Fieldsports, or any of its subsidiaries. They apply if the order is placed over the internet, telephone, email or post. If these Terms and Conditions are not acceptable then you should not place an order with us. All orders are governed by UK Law and any discrepancies will be dealt with in accordance to the law in the courts of England and Wales. By placing an order with us you accept the Terms and Conditions set out below. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Definitions:

All references to the 'company', 'us', 'our' or 'we' refer to Warringahshire Ltd. Any reference to 'customer' or 'you' refers to the people or organisation placing the order(s).

Conditions of Use:

No part of this website may be used for commercial purposes without the prior written authority of Warringahshire Ltd. Any requests should be made in writing to the address detailed below.

Pricing:

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT at the prevailing rate (if applicable). Although we follow a number of stringent validation processes to ensure the pricing is correct on our website, occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control a price or description may be displayed incorrectly. If an error has occurred with the pricing or description on an item you have ordered we will inform you of the correct/revised price before dispatch. If you do not wish to continue with this part of the order we will cancel it at no cost to yourself. E&OE (Errors and Omissions Excepted).

Orders:

Orders can be placed online, or exceptionally by phone. By placing an order you accept the Terms and Conditions current on our website at the time of placing the order. It is your responsibility to check if the Terms and Conditions have been amended.

Security:

At Warringahshire we take online security very seriously. We use a range secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. All sensitive data is secured using internationally recognised encryption standards.

In addition to these security measures Warringahshire only request authorisation for the transaction value from your card issuer and does not charge your card until the point where the goods are actually dispatched to you. We understand that many of our customers have experienced frustrations with other sites who charge cards without having goods in stock.

Distance selling rules:

You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to seven (7) working days starting the day after delivery of an UNUSED item. This does not include unsealed software, perishable items, personalised items or items that have been made to your specification. The goods must be returned in new and unused condition with all original packaging. Used items, or items without packaging will be deemed to have been accepted by you. Please contact us in the first instance by email to cancel any item meeting these requirements, and then submit a return ticket via the Returns link. The items must be returned to us within seven (7) working days of your contact with us (see Returns below). Goods are refunded within 30 days. We are not able to refund return postal charges. Please note we will only refund by the method used for the original purchase. No cash refunds are given.

Returns:

You can return a product for a full refund or exchange within 7 days. The item(s) must be returned in a new and unused condition along with its packaging, original labels, a copy of the original receipt and the return/exchange form filled in describing the reason for return. We strongly urge you to use an insured/recorded delivery service as Warringahshire Fieldsports cannot be held liable for any items that fail to reach us. Please note we will only refund by the method used for the original purchase. No cash refunds are given.

In the event that an item is faulty please return it within 7 days to Warringahshire Fieldsports along with its original packaging, a copy of your original receipt and a description of the fault detailed on the return/exchange form. Where a product is found to be faulty we will exchange the item or provide a full refund including postage where appropriate. For hygiene reasons Warringahshire Fieldsports is not able to accept underwear garments for refund or exchange unless they have not been worn.

Guarantees:

Unless stated otherwise all items sold by Warringahshire Fieldsports come with a twelve (12) month manufacturers warranty from the date of the original purchase. Where an item comes with a Lifetime Warranty it is for the reasonable lifetime of the item, not the owner or user. This guarantee covers defective material, workmanship and/or parts. It does not cover faults caused by normal wear or tear, inappropriate usage of the item(s), accidental damage, neglect or misuse. To return an item under warranty, please return the item along with a copy of the original purchase receipt and a description of the fault to the address below. For health and safety reasons please ensure that the item is returned to us clean and free from dirt.

Delivery:

If an item is unavailable we will treat your order as an ‘enquiry’ and respond as soon as possible with accurate delivery information. This allows you to make an informed decision as to whether you would like to order that item from us, based on its availability. All high value items are dispatched using a secure and insured delivery service that requires a signature on delivery.

We will inform you by email when your goods are out for delivery and in most cases the message will contain a link to allow you to track your consignment via the shippers tracking service.

United Kingdom Deliveries:

Orders placed by noon on a working day (Mon-Fri) should be despatched by the end of the following working day. Sometimes factors beyond the carriers control can delay delivery (plus deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man take an extra day) so please allow 2-4 working days from the day of order.

Payment:

We currently accept PayPal. You can use your PayPal account to pay. In the unlikely event that an item is not available when we come to pick it from our store, we will inform you. Delivery costs are always charged for on the first delivery. No orders will be accepted without a valid payment.

Warringahshire Gift Vouchers:

Gift Vouchers are available in £5, £10, and £20 denominations from this website. The redeeming of the vouchers online are subject to stringent verification before they can be used to pay or part pay an order total. In the case of fraud or other irregularity, the goods so paid for will remain the title of Warringahshire until the issue is resolved satisfactorily.

Should any individual or organisation wish to link to Warringahshire’s website they must email us their website address and provide us with links to the relevant pages where they wish to publish our URL. We will endeavour to respond within seven days to indicate any approval. Email as below.

Data Protection:

We comply with all UK data protection and consumer legislation including the Data Protection Act 1988. In order to place orders online you will need to provide us with relevant information such as name, address, telephone number, credit card details etc. Address details will also be shared with our authorised delivery agents so that the goods can be dispatched. Any information stored about you will be held in a secure environment and is not shared with any third party companies. Warringahshire is legally obliged to provide your personal or user information if requested by the Police or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities.


We endeavour to respond to customer emails within 1 working day. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
